We ship Monday to Friday - making use of our own courier services. Throughout major cities in South Africa expect delivery to be affected within 3-5 working days from receipt of order. (Granted all products are in stock)

Should your purchase arrive and not leave you doing the happy dance due to it being damaged, or not in alignment with your expectation of quality, please reach out to us to see how we may remedy this.

With the nature of some of our products, Returns may not always be possible, but we are comitted to happily guide the way to a smooth and positive outcome.

Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 7day Return policy.

Eligibility is determined upon the goods in concern as well as the whether the original packaging and product are still intact and unused.

All return shipping charges will be at the client’s expense.
